To celebrate the relaunch of Doc Green’s, a legacy brand from “the Prop 215 era,” Elise proposed that the company host a benefit event on February 15th, “in remembrance of Prop 215” and raise money for a compassion initiative. EVB was the appropriate venue to host this special event as it was a space that hosted many cannabis compassion events in the past. EVB, also the agency Doc Green’s chose to work with on the rebrand, and also the venue in which Elise produced some of her most notable cannabis events of her career, was moving out the space at the end of the month; and so the event became The Last Hurrah @ EVB.
Elise curated every aspect of the event from the brand sponsors and activations to the DJ, catering and decor. There was cannabis in every form from flower to concentrates, beverages and even infused sushi.
The event was completely sold out and raised over $3,000 for Sweetleaf Collective, a compassion program serving low income and terminally ill patients.
